Content and Acceptable Use Policy

Scope

This policy applies to prompts, reference photos, generated images, conversations and shared results on Sevli. Sevli is an independent AI image creation and editing service. Use it only for lawful purposes and with the rights and permissions needed for your inputs and intended use.

Prohibited Content and Conduct

Do not generate, upload, request or share:

• Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or any content exploiting or endangering children. This includes fictional and AI-generated depictions.
• Pornography, sexually explicit imagery, non-consensual intimate images, or sexual deepfakes of real people.
• Graphic violence, terrorism, instructions facilitating serious harm, hateful abuse, or encouragement of suicide or self-harm.
• Fraud, impersonation, deceptive endorsements, political disinformation or misleading deepfakes of real people.
• Content infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, or other rights. Upload and edit identifiable people only when you have appropriate consent and authority.
• Malware, spam, harassment, or attempts to bypass content checks, account protections or payment requirements.

Normal portrait editing and product photography are allowed when the required permissions exist and the content complies with these rules.

Safety Checks

We check prompts and reference images before generation and generated images before displaying them, using SeeAPI safety services and the selected model provider's safeguards. A failed or unavailable required safety check stops the request; switching models does not disable these checks. Checks can make mistakes. If a lawful request is blocked, contact support rather than attempting to evade the safeguards.

Our safety providers maintain their own detection models. We review reported problems and adjust our moderation settings and controls as needed. We do not promise that automated detection identifies every possible violation.

Reporting and Review

Report content or abuse to support@sevli.app. Include the relevant image or shared-page link, the reason for the report, and any rights or consent information that helps us assess it. You can also submit a support ticket while signed in. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.

We review reports and may request clarification. We may refuse requests, restrict access, disable shared content, or suspend or terminate service for serious or repeated abuse. Where required by applicable law, we may preserve records or report illegal content to the appropriate authorities. You may request a review of an enforcement decision through the same support address.

Your Responsibility

AI outputs can be inaccurate or inappropriate. Review results before publishing or using them commercially. Do not falsely present an AI-created result as an authentic record of a real event or a person's endorsement. Permitted commercial use depends on the selected model's terms and your rights to the input and output.
